Oak serving set: board with juice groove and matching dip bowl
The steak is resting, the herb butter is mixed, and everything is about to go to the table – ideally without three different plates. With this serving set, you bring both at once: the meat on the board and the sauce in the bowl, which has its own fixed place in the corner of the board. Board and bowl are made of solid oak, finished with oil and made in Europe. The serving board measures around 37 x 26 cm and is 2 cm thick, so it sits steadily on the table. A round recess is worked into one corner to hold the dip bowl, and the juice groove runs around the whole surface and curves around the recess to keep meat and roast juices on the board. The bowl is 6.5 cm in diameter, 3 cm high and holds about 35 ml – enough for a serving of chimichurri, aioli or herb butter.
A FIXED PLACE FOR THE BOWL: The dip bowl sits in the round recess of the board – so the dip has its own place right next to the meat and is always within reach.
JUICE GROOVE ALL AROUND: The groove runs around the entire surface and curves around the recess, so the juices stay off the tablecloth while you carve.
BOTH MADE OF OAK: Board and bowl are made of solid, oiled oak and show a lively grain – every set looks a little different.
STEAK, CHEESE OR SUPPER: Rib-eye with chimichurri today, mountain cheese with fig mustard tomorrow or a light supper with herb quark – the set adapts to the occasion.
A GIFT FOR BARBECUE FANS: For everyone who loves grilling or hosting guests, a complete gift that goes straight on the table at the next barbecue.
One board, one bowl, a place for everything: with the oak serving set, steak and sauce arrive at the table together – and look as good as they taste.
