When whole heads of cabbage need processing, this cabbage slicer saves effort and time: it cuts white cabbage, red cabbage, Chinese cabbage and firm vegetables such as carrots or beetroot into even strips and is suited to coleslaw, red cabbage, sauerkraut and vegetable preparation.
